Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add garlic and onion; saute for a minute or two, then add peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini, saute for a few more minutes, then add cumin and chili powder.

Add tomatoes and beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes and serve.
