Directions:  
wash all vegetables, slice the peppers, onion, to be the size of a teaspoon minus the handle. cut the pineapple to be a quarter inch cube, matching the width with the other items.
using a long skewer add all the ingredients in this manner.
Brown mushroom headfirst, yellow zucchini, white onion, red pepper, pineapple, green zucchini, red onion, green bell pepper and white mushroom head up. you really can put them on however you like, I bought mine at Albertsons premade to grill.
