Directions:  
Saute onion and bell pepper in olive oil until onion is translucent. When mixture has cooled, place it in a large bowl and add all other ingredients, mixing well. Form patties and place on cookie sheet. Chill for at least 2 hours before brrowning in olive oil in skillet on top of the stove or bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. makes 4 servings.
