Directions:  
Combine grated squash, cheese, salt, pepper, herb seasoning and half of the panko bread crumbs. Whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the squash and mix well. Add the remaining bread crumbs to the top and finish with pats of butter. Bake at 400 for 30 min or until the top starts to brown.
