Directions:  
Saute Onions, Celery, Garlic in 1 Can (15 oz) Chicken Broth
Add ! Can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1 Can (15 oz) Chicken Broth
Add 1 Can (15 oz) Cannellini Bean Drained and rinsed
Simmer 20 Minutes turn off heat then
Add 1/4 Cup fresh Parsley or 1 Tbls dried

Serve 2/3 - 1 C garnished w/ 1 Tbls Parmesan
