Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in pan; place in oven in order to heat oil while oven is preheating.

Mix together all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk, mix well. Pour into heated pan and bake until done -- approximately 15 mins.
