1/2  tablespoon		tbs.light mayo
1  ounce		tbs.plain Greek yogurt
3/8  tablespoon		tbs. Reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2  teaspoon		Texas Pete
1/4		head cabbage - red, green or both
1/4  cup		carrot
3		large eggs
1/4  cup		bunch scallions
1/5  cup		flour
1/4  teaspoon		salt
6  pieces		strips bacon cooked & chopped
1  tablespoon		tbs. Oil
2  teaspoons		sesame seeds
2  teaspoons		Sesame seed oil

Wish together mayo, yogurt, soy sauce, and hot sauce.
Shred cabbage and carrots in food processor
Beat eggs then add cabbage, carrots, scallions, four,salt and bacon and stir to combine
Heat oil in skillet scoop 1/2 cup portions into skillet and press down to make patties.
Cook 3 mins. Each side.
Drizzle w/sesame oil and seeds
Serve w/sauce
