Description: This is a version based on Dole live right bites and our three ingredient cookies. I am leaving out the baking soda, chocolate liqueur, oat flour, brown sugar, brown rice syrup, date paste and soy lecithin from the dole product as I know that the three ingredient cookies are both sweet enough an stay together thanks to the bananas. I made it with and without flax seed. If you make it without make sure to pack the cookies tightly in the scoop as they tend to fall apart.

Directions:
Note the original inspiration contains almonds, pecans, peanuts and walnuts. Feel free to use any and all if you desire. If you find they are not sweet enough feel free to add 1/2 cup chopped dates or date paste (or to taste) or sugar or liquid sweetener. If they are too liquid add more oats or oat flour or almond flour. If they are too dry add a bit of water, milk or oil or more banana if that's available Mix the flax with 2 tbsp of warm water and set aside. Combine dry ingredients except chocolate chips Mash banana and vanilla and add the flax seed mixture. Add wet to dry and combine well then stir in chocolate Scoop onto parchment lined sheet and bake 10-12 min at 350
