Directions:  
Combine all ingredients and add 3 TBSP Morton Tender Quick and divide into 3 rolls about 2 inches in diameter, seal inside aluminum foil (shiny side out). Refrigerate 24 hours, then preheat oven to 325 degrees, punch holes in foil on one side with a fork, place hole side down in a baking pan and bake for one hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Replace with new foil and refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, cut into 1/4 inch slices and serve with mustard of your choice.
