Directions:  
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Place oatmeal in blender and process until powder and remove from blender and set aside. Process beans, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in blender until smooth. Add baking powder, cinnamon and oats. Fold in chocolate chips. Place in pan and bake for 35 - 40 min. Store in fridge.
