Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add chopped garlic and lemon juice to pan. Place shrimp in baking dish, and pour butter mixture over the shrimp. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Bake for 10 minutes, add parmesan and return to oven. Bake for 5 more minutes or until shrimp is opaque. Serve over steamed asparagus.
